Havin' a heatwave

It's hot. We're hiding out in our only air-conditioned room; we resisted the aircon as long as we could but it went on about an hour ago. It's only 31 outside but the house has heated up enough that we've reached crankypoint. It'll be 40 on Monday... and then down to 15 a week after that. Oh, Melbourne, you and your wacky weather.
I am much enjoying all the snow, snow, beautiful snow you northern hemisphere people are posting about. One day I shall experience it myself! Although, you know, perhaps not quite this dramatically cold.
We've started a rewatch of Buffy from season 1 while we're trapped in the lounge. That should keep us going through the next few heatwaves.
My sock yarn blanket is proving surprisingly easy to knit in the heat. It now has 49 squares.

I hope your Buffy-thon is proceeding beautifully, and in cool conditions.
