Yum

I got myself partway out of the doldrums by cleaning out junk. We took a carload to the tip this morning, before it got too hot.

It is now midnight and the temperature is 29.6 degrees. I am hot. I am drinking a Mint Slice - half creme de cacao and half frozen-till-sludgy peppermint schnapps - and wondering how it would taste over ice cream. Hmmm :)

The heavens have opened

Three hours to midnight and we have thunder, lightning, rain and hail! If this keeps up we'll have a spectacular natural light show to match the human-made one for NYE!
